I made this for a friends get together at a lake house and it was GONE in a few minutes. It was super hot out that day and I wanted to make something cool that I didn’t need to bake. It’s so easy, and you make it the night before and leave it in the refrigerator.
I think that next time I make it, I will try using chocolate pudding and make a double batch!
A little tip, don’t use Natural Peanut Butter. It didn’t melt very well, I had to mix in some regular peanut butter with it.
Peanut Butter Oreo lasagna Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Peanut Butter Oreo Cookies
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
- ½ cup peanut butter, melted in microwave
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to package
Instructions
- Line Oreo cookies in the bottom of an 8x8 pan. Drizzle with ⅓ of the melted peanut butter. Alternate spoonfuls of pudding and then cool whip. (save enough cool whip to spread on the very top) Repeat, then top with a layer of cool whip, drizzle with remaining peanut butter and you can crumble a cookie or two on the top for decoration. Let sit in refrigerator over night before serving.
