Fiji Honey Cake.
I had never heard of this until I was watching a Hallmark movie and they were eating it in the movie lol. I looked up a few recipes for it and decided to try making it. My daughter said it tasted like banana bread without the bananas. It’s great on it’s own, but amazing with brown sugar and cinnamon cream cheese spread!
I tried to find out a little more info on the Fiji Honey Cake. I looked for history or anything about it and could only find recipes, so let me know if you have heard anything else about it.

I had to laugh when I started reading your post. I am watching that Hallmark movie for about the 86th time, and decided to look for a recipe! Can’t wait to try it, but have to wait for it to get a bit cooler!
Same here! Watched again that movie a couple of nights ago, and finally decided to look for a recipe for the cake. Thank you for this recipe, will try it this weekend!
I have to ask, which Hallmark movie did you discover the Figi Honey cake in? We have seen so many, and never noticed! 🤔😂
I’m not 100% positive since it’s been a few years but I think it was from A Summer to Remember.
