Easy Chocolate Ganache Recipe

  • 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ pint heavy cream (about 1 cup)
  1. put chocolate chips in medium size bowl
  2. put cream in small sauce pan
  3. heat cream over medium heat, just until it starts to boil
  4. pour cream over chocolate chips
  5. stir until it turns dark and creamy
  6. pour over cake or what ever you are using it for, spoon leftovers into your mouth
