Bubble Bread From Scratch No Knead
Recipe type: Bread
  • 1 teaspoon yeast (quick active, instant)
  • ½ cup warm milk
  • 1¼ cups all purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, softened
  • (milk for brushing the tops, optional)
  1. Little sticky.
  2. Add ingredients to a mixing bowl in the order listed.
  3. Stir ingredients together until ball of dough forms. (You may need to add a little more flour or milk if it is not coming together to form a ball. The dough will be a little sticky).
  4. Cover loosely and let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. On a lightly floured surface roll dough to form a rectangle, about 10x8".
  6. Cut into approximately 25 pieces. Roll into balls and place on greased cookie sheet or a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Let rise 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  8. Preheat oven to 325 F. degrees.
  9. Brush tops with milk before baking.
  10. Bake at 325 F. degrees for 18-20 minutes.
  11. Brush with melted butter after baking, if desired.
