This is a little different from the traditional dirt cake because you don’t have all the layers. You mix the pudding mixture and Oreo’s together instead of layering, then add the cool whip as the top “snow” layer. Then you can decorate any way that you like.
A little tip: If your going to do heavier/stand up decorations like I did, then you will need to freeze the cake for about half an hour before decorating/serving so the decorations don’t sink into the cool whip.
I got my decorations for the top at walmart.

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Oreo cookies
- 1 package 8oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups milk
- 2 tubs of cool whip 8oz
- 2 boxes Instant chocolate pudding 3.4 oz (you can use vanilla if you want)

Instructions
- Crush the cookies, I used a food processor. Then in large bowl mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. In another bowl, whisk milk and pudding until thick. Add pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture and mix until combined. Add in the crushed oreo's and mix, then fold in ONE TUB of cool whip until well blended.
- Put the filling in a 9x13 dish, then top with additional tub of cool whip.
- Decorate and serve.
