We are going on our summer vacation soon and I was trying to make kid friendly snacks for the car and came up with these. I’m sure one will drop in the backseat and I will have melted chocolate all over the back, but oh well :)
You could also try it with white or butterscotch chips. Super easy and you get the salty sweetness from them.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Rounds

Ingredients
- Round Pretzels
- Peanut Butter Chips
- Melting Chocolate (almond bark)
Instructions
- Place pretzels on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put the peanut butter chips in the center of the pretzel (I could fit about 3 in each one). Melt your chocolate according to the package, then spoon it into the center of the pretzel.
- One square of chocolate did about 8-9 pretzels.
- Once you have added the chocolate to all the pretzels give the pan a few taps on the counter to have the chocolate settle to the bottom. Refrigerate for 10 mins. then serve or store.
