Sprinkles Inspired Cinnamon Sugar Cupcake Copycat Recipe
I am still on a cinnamon baking spree. I’ve made Cinnamon & Sugar Shortbread Bars, Amish Cinnamon Muffins, Cinnamon Crunch Bread, & now these Cinnamon Sugar Cupcakes! With my mind on the holiday season ahead I have a feeling more cinnamon dessert recipes will be getting posted soon!
I brushed the top of these Cinnamon Sugar Cupcakes with melted butter then dipped them in a bowl of cinnamon & sugar. You could also frost these instead of dipping in cinnamon & sugar. The batter also has cinnamon added to it. Recipe makes 12-14 cupcakes.
