Gingerdoodle, kind of sounds like a new dog breed :) But it’s just a really yummy cookie bar. Don’t get scared by all the ingredients, most of them are the same for both the ginger and snickerdoodle dough. You just have to mix in separate bowls.
Also if you don’t feel like rolling out the dough and twisting it, just drop dough by the spoonfuls in the pan and bake. It really is a pretty easy recipe.
If your dough cracks a little when you twist it, just give it a squeeze back together, it will look just fine when you pat it down and bake it.

- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Do the same thing with the snickerdoodle dough. Gently twist them together and place in the pan. Repeat until all the dough is gone, then pat them down just a little and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 mins or until the edges start to get golden.
