No Bake Peanut Butter Oat Bites.
These things are addicting! They are way more healthy than a cookie, but still remind you of one. No sugar or butter! Very easy to make, I usually double the recipe and they last in the refrigerator for days!
Mix all the ingredients together, form into balls. Store in the refrigerator.

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup ground flax seed (optional)
- ½ cup regular or crunchy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
