Best Frosted Sugar Cookies.
I first had this type of sugar cookie with cream cheese frosting years ago when my aunt brought it to a party. It was my first time having cream cheese frosting on a sugar cookie, I didn’t even know the combination existed! I have always been a big fan of buttercream frosting but I must say that cream cheese frosting pairs very well with this type of sugar cookie.
This recipe for the Best Frosted Sugar cookies makes thick sugar cookies that have a slight crisp to the edge but are soft in the middle. *Sprinkles* optional. The round colored sprinkles I used remind me of Spring and Easter and make me happy. :)
