Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
  • ¾ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup soft butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of heavy cream or 3 tablespoons of milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 2½- 3 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. In large bowl on medium speed, cream together peanut butter, butter and cream cheese for 1 minute. Mix in heavy cream and vanilla. Add the powdered sugar until you get the consistency that you want. A little less for this frosting and a little more for thicker frosting.
  2. Once you frost you cake/cupcakes, you should store in the refrigerator.
